I am looking for a reliable person or couple to take care of my apartment while I am away for two months due to my job. You will also need to look after my sweet cat Buddy! The apartment is available from October 8th until November 21st, 2026. It is fully furnished with a living room, two bedrooms, a hall, a shower/toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. The entire apartment is for your own use. The rent includes gas, water, electricity, internet, Netflix, and taxes. The location is just north of the Noorderplantsoen (the beautiful city park) and about a 15-minute walk to the city center of Groningen. It is also close to Zernike. Ideal for those looking for a more permanent place to live after these two months, as it is much easier to find another room when you are already in the city.
