van Welderenstraat, Nijmegen

We are Ruben (26) and Tijmen (24) and we are looking for a new housemate aged 23 or older. We are both working or nearing graduation and have a fairly regular lifestyle. A good atmosphere in the house is important to us; we like to catch up and have dinner together once a week. The house is located in the lively center of Nijmegen, a 10-minute walk from the station and 1 minute from the supermarket. HAN and Radboud University are about a 15-minute bike ride away. We share the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom, which are equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The room has large windows overlooking the street. Please let us know what you do in daily life, your hobbies, and what you are looking for in a housemate. Our moving housemate is offering her couch, so it would be great if it could be taken over.
