This light and sunny apartment is fully furnished with a classic and cozy style. The east-facing living room has a small balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the rising sun. At the back, you can relax with a glass of wine in the evening sun. Located in a lively and popular street where neighbors, shop owners, and restaurant owners know each other, this is a lovely area to live in. The open kitchen has a balcony on the west side, while the modest bedroom is at the back and the guest room is at the front of the house. The apartment is not perfect, but it is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Please note that the house has thin walls, making it unsuitable for partygoers. Music can be played inside, but preferably not on the balcony. It is important to handle the interior with care, as I normally live here and have left my antique furniture. The accessories are mostly from Argentina. Note: there are steep stairs to the apartment, which is not practical with a baby. The rental contract is a standard Dutch rental contract (model B) with a diplomatic clause (model C). The minimum rental period is 6 months, with prices ranging from €5000 for 1 month to €3500 for 12 months. Exclusive costs include €100 per month for cleaning and an average of €250-€350 for gas and electricity.
