We are looking for a new housemate for our lovely house on Schootsestraat starting November 1st! A nice living space of approximately 18 m² will become available, consisting of two rooms rented together for €690 per month, including utilities. The living space includes: Room 1 – 6 m² Currently used as a study, this room could also work well as a small bedroom. It features a laminate floor and a built-in wardrobe with a door. A small tabletop fridge can optionally be taken over for €40. Room 2 – 12 m² Currently used as a bedroom/living room, this room offers a bit more space. It also has a laminate floor and a built-in wardrobe, without a door. Having two rooms gives you the option to separate your living and sleeping spaces, or to use one of the rooms as a work/study room. You’ll be living in a cozy house with 4 other student housemates. We share a spacious bathroom with a shower, bath, and toilet, a nice kitchen stocked with herbs, pans, and appliances, a green garden, a storage room with a shared fridge and washing machine, a Harry Potter cupboard, a lockable shed, a covered area to keep your bike dry, and of course a lovely rooftop terrace. The location is ideal: overlooking Strijp-S, with the Trudoplein and its convenient shops just a 5-minute walk away. TU/e is about a 10-minute bike ride, and there is a bus stop around the corner with buses running to Central Station every few minutes.
