Hastelweg, Eindhoven

I am looking for a housemate as soon as possible for my fairly new terraced house. The spacious living room features a TV and a large dining table. There is a large bathroom and two toilets. The spacious green garden offers plenty of possibilities, and there is a storage room for bikes, for example. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and microwave, and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The house is in a good location with parking available on the street, quick access to the highway, and a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. The supermarket is around the corner. I am looking for someone who is working or in the final stage of their studies, between 20 and 30 years old, with values, who sees home as a place of rest, is clean and tidy, and enjoys socializing from time to time. If you think it would be nice to live with me or want more information, I look forward to your response.
