Stylish and well-maintained apartment for rent – shared with the owner. This beautiful and well-finished apartment is centrally located between Rotterdam, Delft, and The Hague. Schiedam Centrum train station is only a 5-minute walk away, with plenty of public transport options. The city centre of Schiedam is also just a 5-minute walk away. Parking is available and can be arranged if needed, this is a one-time arrangement at your own expense. The apartment is shared with me, the owner. You will have your own private bedroom, which comes with some furniture. A sofa is also on its way. You are welcome to bring your own furniture as well. The apartment includes: 2 balconies, a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, a separate toilet, a shared living room, and a spacious storage room where you can store your personal belongings and bicycle. The common areas are shared with me. I work irregular hours, so when I'm at work, you'll have plenty of freedom and privacy to use the apartment as you like. There is also a PS5 available if you're interested. Basic groceries and some meals are partially provided. When I am at work, household responsibilities are your own responsibility as well. With good communication and mutual agreement, there is a lot of flexibility and many things can be arranged. This is a temporary sublet/lodger arrangement, initially for a few months, with the possibility of extending the rental period by mutual agreement. Move-in is possible immediately. Interested?
