Antonie Morostraat, Eindhoven

We are looking for a new housemate for our beloved "Zeehoeren Theehuis"! You will share the house with 3 women and 1 man, all friendly and easy-going students from TU/e and Fontys. You will share: * a toilet * a shower * a fully equipped kitchen (with four gas burners, oven, microwave, and washing machine) * and a chill garden with a bike shed! We sometimes eat together, enjoy sharing a cup of tea, and plan fun evenings from time to time. Everyone does their own thing, and there is always someone home. We have a simple cleaning schedule to keep the house clean. About the room: You get 2 small rooms, allowing you to separate your personal time and study time. They are located upstairs, and furnishings are available to be taken over for an appropriate price. The rooms come with 2 built-in cupboards, so you'll have plenty of storage space. Together, the rooms are about 9m², and the rent is about +/- 395 euros per month (including everything except for WiFi, which we share). The rooms will be available from mid-October. Note: The bed is a bit short and might not be completely comfortable for those over 180cm tall. *About the location:* Our house is just outside the ring, about 7 minutes cycling from TU/e and 10 minutes from the city center, very close to (among others) AH, Hema, Aldi, and Action. The bus stop is about 300m away. If you are interested in the room and available on the evening of 8th October, please send us a message introducing yourself with pictures, and you could be invited to the viewing!
