Essenburgsingel, Rotterdam

Spacious and very quiet room in a shared house with a family (me and my 2 kids). The house is located 5 minutes from the central station in the west area. Very easy access to public transport and parking in front of the house. The room has a view of the park and gardens. Shared kitchen and bathroom (1 toilet on each floor). Housekeeping is provided every two weeks. Large garden with sun all day and a big kitchen. We prefer an exchange student or architect who is quiet, clean, and easy to live with.
