Jonckerhof, Nijmegen

Starting December 1st, a room will be available in our house on Jonckerhof in Nijmegen. We, Renée (20) and Sophie (18), are looking for a fun female student to complete our home! We have a nice, warm atmosphere here. We enjoy chatting together in the kitchen, dropping by each other’s rooms, or doing something spontaneous together. At the same time, everyone has their own life, and your room is truly your own space to retreat to. It’s a quiet and cozy house where you can feel at home. The room is approximately 16.5 m², bright, and located on the first floor. The house is about a 5-minute bike ride from Nijmegen Central and a 5-minute walk from the city center and the Waalkade. HAN and Radboud University are about a 15-minute bike ride away. We share a spacious kitchen, two toilets, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. We also have a cozy indoor balcony, a large communal garden, and a secured place to store your bike. Practical details: €629 per month including service costs, which covers gas, water, electricity, fast internet, and washing machine. Deposit: €629. Available from December 1, 2026. No pets allowed.
