This spacious apartment of approximately 90 m² in Amsterdam East is ideal for 2 friends. Available from 10 October 2026 until 31 July 2027, the apartment consists of 4 rooms, a private kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated approximately four years ago. The rooms themselves are somewhat dated but are in good condition and offer plenty of space. The monthly rental prices per room, excluding gas, water, and electricity, are: - Large room: €710 per month - Room: €620 per month - Room: €555 per month - Room: €515 per month. My strong preference is to rent the apartment as a whole to two people, rather than to four individual tenants. It would be ideal for two friends studying in Amsterdam who would like to share an apartment while still having plenty of private space. For example, you could each have your own bedroom as well as your own living/study room, while sharing the kitchen and bathroom. This gives you considerably more space and privacy than a typical student room.
