Strosteeg, Utrecht

This unique historic home of 140 m² with a roof terrace is located in the center of Utrecht and is available for temporary rental for approximately 3-4 months. The house offers considerably more space and character than a typical furnished rental. With four floors, original wooden beams, beautiful traditional windows, and a warm, stylish interior, it features a spacious living room with a separate TV corner, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a separate office/study, and a bathroom with a large shower and a bathtub. A particular highlight is the outdoor space: the house has both a private roof terrace near the living room and a balcony adjoining the bedroom, offering a rare opportunity to enjoy outdoor space right in the middle of the city. The property is bright and atmospheric throughout, combining historic Utrecht charm with modern comfort. Shops, restaurants, cafés, cultural venues, and public transport are all within easy walking distance. The main train station is also only an 8-minute walk away, ideal for visiting Amsterdam and the rest of the Netherlands. Perfect for a professional, couple, expat, or academic looking for a comfortable temporary home in one of Utrecht's most central and characteristic locations.
