The price includes gas, water, and electricity. Availability is from October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with the possibility of a shorter period if desired. Invitations for viewings will take place before October 9. Preference is given to a housemate who is clean and tidy, independent, non-smoking, and mindful. Due to a red meat allergy, we are specifically looking for people who do not eat or cook red meat in the house (chicken and fish are allowed). Shoes are taken off indoors. If this appeals to you, feel free to respond with an introduction about yourself. The house includes a washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, and drying racks. Vegetarians are welcome. Shared costs will be divided fairly. Registration with the municipality is possible if you are not a student and stay longer than 6 months. If you have a BSN, registration for a BSN is also possible.
