Kortekade, Rotterdam

We are looking for two new housemates (24-32 m/f) to come and live with us! The rooms: • A 15m² room for €650 (excl. ~€80 utilities) available from November. • A 21m² room for €550 (excl. ~€80 utilities) available from December. We live on the Kortkade, which means you can walk straight into the Kralingse Bos to chill, BBQ, or work out. Erasmus University, the Italian restaurant Vicini, and Albert Heijn are just 5 minutes away, and you can be in the city center within 10 minutes. Absolute perfection! There are currently three of us: Matthijs (27, working student), meester Thijs (30), and Lutsia (27, social designer). Unfortunately, Jim and Dorus are leaving us, so we are looking for two people to fill the void. We all have our own schedules, but we love to grab a bite together whenever we can, go for a swim in the lake, experiment with the airfryer, play squash, or play board games. You will share the kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms with us. After a long day, you'll return to a relaxed, quiet environment where you can easily do your own thing, but where there is always room for a fun initiative! Does this sound like the place for you?
