For rent: a 3-room student house in Rotterdam, Hillesluis district, suitable for students aged 22 to 26. Located on West-Varkenoordseweg, within walking distance of De Kuip. By bike, it takes about 20-25 minutes to reach the city center or Erasmus University/Hogeschool Rotterdam. Public transport is also nearby, with tram and bus connections to the station, city center, and university. The rent for room 1 is 11 m² and costs €590 per month, excluding gas, water, electricity, and internet, which are shared. The house mainly consists of boys aged 19 to 26. We live independently but enjoy having dinner together 1-2 evenings a week to catch up. The house is quiet; we value our own space but also appreciate socializing. We expect you to treat the shared spaces neatly and clean up after yourself. We are looking for a student, preferably between 22 and 26 years old, who speaks Dutch, is independent, but also values companionship.
