Houtzaagmolen bus stop is around the corner (direct buses to Amsterdam, day & night). It takes about 25 minutes to reach Amsterdam Central by train and a 5-minute bike ride to the station. Start date is from October to November 1st. Right next to the Grote Beer shopping centre and supermarket. Another 15 m² room is available in the same house on the top floor, with similar rent and a nice view, from November onwards. No more pets allowed. Utility costs are an additional €80/month. Registration costs an extra €50/month.
