Huize Spatelaer is looking for a new housemate starting November 1st! Additionally, we are seeking 2 subtenants from mid-October to early February, as two housemates are going abroad for their minor. We are a close-knit house currently consisting of 3 girls and 4 guys, but 4 girls and 3 guys is also perfectly fine! Everyone is between 20 and 23 years old and is involved in various associations (Toko, Proteus, Laga, and Stylos). We have various traditions, such as house vacations, house evenings, Christmas dinners, and fun nights in our own hangout. The supermarket is within crawling distance and the grocery store is within walking distance. The available permanent room is approximately 11.5 m² and costs €366 per month. There are two rooms available for subletting: the first room is 20 m² and costs €582 per month, while the second room is 11 m² and costs €445 per month. All rooms are available from November 1st, and the sublet rooms are available until +/- February 1st (exact dates to be discussed). Are you a fun girl or guy who can make our house even better?
