A room will be available in our quiet house on Oosterhamrikkade starting November 1st. We are looking for a calm, spontaneous housemate who enjoys occasionally having dinner together or chatting, but also likes to do her own thing. The room is approximately 14 m² and is located at the rear of the house, overlooking the garden. You will share the shower, toilet, kitchen, and garden with two other girls. It takes just 5 minutes by bike to reach the city center and 15 minutes to Zernike. There are also two supermarkets within walking distance. The rent is €390 per month, with additional costs of €70 for gas/water/electricity. We also share a washing machine and an internet subscription, totaling €27 per person per month. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
