Pluimerstraat, Groningen

A room of approximately 24 m² is available in the cozy Pluimerhuis for a girl who is finishing her studies or starting a master's program. The room features a built-in closet and windows that can be opened. The monthly rent is €665, including utilities. You will share the kitchen, balcony, bathroom, and toilet with three other friendly girls aged 22-25. While there are no obligations, we enjoy having meals together, watching movies, and chatting. The house is just a stone's throw from the city center, with supermarkets nearby. In 5 minutes, you can be at the Grote Markt or the Jumbo. Laminate flooring and curtains were previously purchased and will need to be bought at an additional cost. If you're interested in living here, please send us a message with some information and a photo of yourself. Who knows, we might invite you to the hospi on October 28!
