This cozy and furnished room is located in the semi-basement of a large house in the beautiful and safe neighborhood of Kralingen, on the eastern side of Rotterdam. The room is available for temporary rental for a maximum of 6 months and is ideal for those who are not yet living in Rotterdam. The shared kitchen, toilet, and shower are cleaned weekly by a cleaning lady. You will share the shower and toilet with 2 other decent tenants and the large kitchen with 14 housemates. There is a washing machine (paid, with a coin machine) and a free dryer available for shared use. Kralingen is one of the most popular and convenient neighborhoods in Rotterdam, within walking distance of Erasmus University, the local shopping street (Lusthofstraat), Kralingse Park, and public transport (tram, metro ). Additionally, it is only 10 minutes away from Rotterdam City Centre, Erasmus Medical Centre, and the A16 and A20 highways.
