Are you looking for a unique living experience in Utrecht? Starting from mid-February, I am offering a home for a small group of 2*2 people, consisting of men or women, plus myself, a man in my mid-30s. We have two rooms available for two people per room, with a shared living room. The preferred age range for residents is between 25 and 39 years. Inspired by Taizé, we aim to live together in a house where everyone leads their own life, but where it is also natural to seek each other out and share meals. The studios are 20+ m² in size, and each couple has their own kitchen and bathroom. The rent is €500 per person per month, excluding utilities. We will start with a rental period of up to one year, with the possibility of extending it if all goes well. Sharing meals is an important aspect; we want to cook together regularly, for example, by creating a joint fund for dinner. Additionally, we want to leave room for spontaneous activities such as singing together, watching movies, or simply relaxing. The Christian faith can have a place in our home, but everyone is free to hold their own beliefs. This project, tentatively named Uspirit, is still in development, and I am curious if there are people who resonate with this and would like to meet. Does this sound appealing to you?
