Erich Salomonstraat, Amsterdam

For rent: a spacious top floor of approximately 50 m² in IJburg, just 15 minutes by tram from Amsterdam Central Station. This property features a roof terrace, which is currently not maintained. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, with a large bathtub and a separate shower. The bathroom toilet is not used; there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. This is a legal rental with registration. My 13-year-old son stays here every other weekend and has dinner with me every Thursday evening. He is used to having a housemate and often spends time with friends. There is also a cat present. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. The room includes a large wardrobe and a box spring bed. The furniture was practically acquired by my former housemate, and no compensation is required. I made a short video for a better view, but I have also added photos.
