Perikweg, Enschede

We are looking for a new housemate as our current housemate is moving out. This room is about 17 m² and consists of two parts (see photos), featuring a sink and located on the ground floor. The house includes a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden. It is situated on a quiet street, just a 5-minute walk from Van Heekplein and about a 20-minute bike ride to the University of Twente. The rent for the room is €385 per month, including gas/water/electricity/wifi. There is a washing machine available, but we need to buy it from the previous housemate for €40 per person, which is a one-time extra cost. The room is available until summer 2027. This is a house without obligations. Spontaneous hangouts are always welcome—having dinner together, cooking, chatting, and spending time in the living room—but there is plenty of space to do your own thing! I’m Brechtje (21), currently in my third year at the University of Twente. I enjoy sports (dance, triathlon) and love to travel :) Seika (21) is in her second year at UT, loves to cook and travel :) Send us a message if you’re interested!
