We are looking for a new housemate for our home. A room will be available from November 1st in our house, where currently four people live. We are essentially a 'Master's student house,' and with this room opening up, three women will remain. We are looking for a nice guy or girl to join our household. We like to stay busy with our own things but also enjoy cooking together or watching a movie in the shared living room. In short: no pressure, nothing is mandatory—except, of course, for the cleaning schedule. We live in a prime location, close to the city center, with shops and a supermarket barely a two-minute walk away. You can reach the Oude Markt in 10 minutes on foot (or a bit longer if you’re crawling). It takes 5 minutes to cycle to the train station and Saxion, 15 minutes to the AKI, and about 20 minutes to the UT. The room itself is 18 m² and comes with flooring and window coverings. Thanks to the large east-facing window, it’s a lovely, bright room. It’s located on the ground floor of the three-story house and features its own back door. It’s a fairly new building where we share the living room and kitchen on the middle floor. We also have a roof terrace on the top floor.
