Lipperkerkstraat, Enschede

For rent: spacious room of 18 m² in a cozy and quiet house in the center of Enschede. The rent is €625 per month, including utilities. Available from November 1st. The house was renovated two years ago and is just a 5-minute bike ride from the Oude Markt and 15 minutes from the University of Twente. We are a self-sufficient house where everyone does their own thing. There are no fixed house evenings, but spontaneous dinners or series-watching happen regularly. In the evenings, there is often fun, from watching movies to gaming on our modern Wii console. We occasionally organize a drink or movie night, and in the summer, the BBQ is often fired up. The house has a total of five rooms, a shared living room, kitchen, and a small but nice backyard. We currently live with five men, but soon one will be leaving, making this room available. We are looking for a social man or woman who enjoys participating in joint activities but can also do their own thing. Are you looking for a quiet, independent yet friendly home? Then we would love to hear from you! The exact date for the viewings will follow soon.
