Koninginnelaan, Soest

For rent: a cozy room in Soest of 20 m², available from October 1st. This bright and atmospheric room is square-shaped, features a large window, high ceilings, a private sink, and two large built-in closets. You will share the spacious kitchen, the brand new bathroom, and the garden with four friendly housemates, all of whom are studying or just starting their careers. We value a clean home, so we have a cleaning schedule that everyone contributes to. The location is ideal: just 4 minutes by bike to the center and the central station, 10 minutes walking to the nearest supermarket, and only 2 minutes walking to the bus stop. Close to Utrecht University, Hogeschool Utrecht, and Amersfoort Hilversum. Can you see yourself living here? Send us a nice message telling us a bit about yourself.
