Domtorenstraat, Tilburg

Starting October 25th, a room will be available in our cozy house! This 12 m² room features a private sink and a built-in closet. The rent will be around €550 per month. You will be living with Sanne (21) and Cira (23), both students. We have a spacious living room where we enjoy spending time together, and a garden to enjoy when the weather is nice. We are a friendly and relaxed household: everyone does their own thing, but we also like to check in with each other regularly. We have dinner together about three times a week, chat on the couch, sometimes watch a movie, or enjoy a drink together. Participation in these activities is not mandatory, but we value having someone who enjoys being part of the household. We like to keep our home tidy, so we have a weekly cleaning schedule and expect you to participate. The location is great: • 5 minutes walk to Tilburg University Station • 2 minutes walk to the university • Supermarket around the corner. What we are looking for: • 20+ • Non-smoker • Not a party animal • Friendly and social • Someone who enjoys cooking or doing things together • Someone who seeks a good balance between socializing and having their own space. What we offer: • A cozy and relaxed home without mandatory house activities • A spacious shared living room • A nice garden • A clean and tidy house • Washing machine and dishwasher! • A prime location close to the university and the station. Does this sound like something for you? Send us a message with a bit about yourself and why you think you would be a good fit for Huize Dommies!
