Heathrowstraat, Amsterdam

Available for rent from November 1: luxury studio in the Zo area, close to the beach and the station. This studio offers an impressive view of Amsterdam. You can reach the city center by bike in fifteen minutes, or walk to Sloterdijk Station for a quick bus or train connection. The beach at Zandvoort is accessible by car or train in half an hour. Westerpark is right next door, and there are plenty of sports facilities nearby. The Floating Gardens complex features three rooftop gardens that create a green connection between nature and the city. This award-winning design by Orange Architects adorns the entrance to Sloterdijk-Centrum. Uptown Sloterdijk has transformed from a concrete office location to a desirable, green urban neighborhood. The complex includes shared spaces such as a living room, rooftop garden, cooking studio, and guest room. Residents can book the cooking studio and guest room for celebrations or overnight stays. The modern white kitchens by Bruynzeel are equipped with a quartz countertop, stainless steel sink, and built-in appliances from ATAG, including a refrigerator-freezer, extractor hood, combination microwave, induction cooktop, and dishwasher. The bathroom is fully equipped with a walk-in shower, towel radiator, and sink with mirror; some bathrooms also have a toilet. Floating Gardens utilizes energy and comfort smartly with a heat recovery ventilation system (WTW). A contract with Essent is required for heating and hot water. Income limits for mid-rent are € 81,633 for single-person households and € 89,821 for multi-person households. These limits do not apply to candidates coming from social housing provided by housing corporations in the Amsterdam region. Tenants must apply for a housing permit and submit it to the secretariat. The photos are for indication only, as the apartment is still occupied.
