The apartment is located a short distance from Utrecht Terwijde station and Máximapark, is well insulated, and is situated on the quiet side of the building with a view over a lake. The rent is €1,584.90 per month. We are looking for a couple who would like to live together in our apartment and are willing to swap for their own rooms, studios, or independent apartments in Utrecht. Ideally, we are looking for two separate living spaces so that we can both live independently. If you only have one living space available, please feel free to contact us. Note: we are only looking for a permanent housing swap without an end date. Temporary swaps, subletting, or a housing swap for a specific period is unfortunately not what we are looking for.
