Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. Please take care of the antique furniture and note the steep stairs to the apartment, which are not practical for families with small children. Rental prices are as follows: 1 month €5000, 2 months €4750, 3 months €4500, 4 months €4250, 5 months €4000, 6 months €3750, 7-11 months same, 12 months €3500, 24 months €3500. Exclusive costs include €100 per month for cleaning every two weeks and an average of €250 to €350 for gas and electricity. Registration and a parking permit are recommended for stays of at least 6 months.
