Additionally, there are 2 rooftop terraces with sun all day, a large garden with a lounge, barbecue, and covered hut, an outdoor bar, an indoor bar, and a game cellar. The supermarket is within walking distance, and it's a 5-minute bike ride to the city center and the station, and 10 minutes to the university/Fontys/Avans.
