Minkmaatstraat, Enschede

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we are looking for someone who is quiet too. You can bike to UT or Saxion. The room in the picture is fully furnished. Rent includes energy costs and wifi (100M fiber optic). Registration is also possible. Currently, there are two boys and two girls in the house, and we are looking for one student to join us. We will need to see some student ID if you are invited to check the room. The room is for long-term rent, and we prefer someone who stays longer than one year. There is a cleaning schedule for the shared areas, so please do not contact us if you prefer to live in a messy house. Oh, by the way, pets are not allowed in the house. You need to go outside if you want to smoke (there is a smoke detector in every room for safety reasons). Feel free to drop me a line if you have any questions. Currently, there are two UT students in the house, and we are looking for one student to join us. Another room will be available soon, so you can bring your friends over if you want to share a house with them.
