Bloemstraat, Groningen

A room will be available from October 1st in our cozy student house on Bloemstraat in Groningen. This 13.4 m² room has a rent of €430 per month, including gas, water, and electricity. The room features a sink, a built-in loft bed, and built-in wardrobes, as well as a fridge and curtains. You will be living with three male housemates who are either further along in their studies or working. We generally keep things quiet at home, but we enjoy cooking together or having a drink occasionally. There is no fixed house night, allowing everyone to lead their own lives. The house has a shared kitchen, shower, and toilet. We are looking for a male housemate who speaks Dutch and enjoys living in a relaxed and friendly environment. Interested?
