Gerben Colmjonwei, Leeuwarden

A room will be available in our cozy student house starting February 1st! We are looking for a student who would enjoy living with us. We are a sociable, mixed household (two women and two men); we regularly do things together and often hang out in the living room downstairs. The house features a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilets, and a backyard. Your room is approximately 13 m², has its own sink, and overlooks the backyard. We live in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket within walking distance, and NHL Stenden is about a 10-minute bike ride away. The base rent is €393 per month (current rate; subject to increase). In addition, you pay €60 in service charges. The house is fully furnished; furniture, crockery, and kitchenware are provided (except for your own room). We also share a washing machine, combi-oven, and dishwasher. Does this sound like a good fit for you? Send us a message telling us a little about yourself. Including a photo would be great. Based on your message and the number of interested applicants, we will make an initial selection and invite a few candidates to come by and meet us!
