Van Lenneplaan, Groningen

This fresh room of 11 m² is located at the rear of the apartment in Wijert, providing extra tranquility due to its position on the quiet side of the street. Upon entering the apartment, the room is immediately on the left. Previous residents have highly valued this space. The room is furnished with a 90x200 bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, TV, and a sink with faucet, and offers direct access to a rear balcony. We share the kitchen, laundry room, and shower. Amenities such as wifi, a coffee machine, and a washing machine are available, but there is no dryer. The room features a PVC click floor, blinds, and black ring curtains. The personal connection is more important to me than the rent, and I am open to discussing various matters. The minimum and maximum stay duration is negotiable, with a maximum of 1 year due to municipal regulations.
