Van Oestendestraat, Rotterdam

A room is available in an apartment shared with two other people, located in the south of Rotterdam, close to the Maas. This room is 12 m² and fully furnished, featuring what I call a step-in closet. The price is €835,- including utilities, local taxes, service costs, and internet. There is a refundable deposit of €1700,-, provided the place is not damaged. Registration is mandatory and only possible if you have never been in trouble with the law. The room is available from October 9th. You will share the kitchen, balcony, and facilities (including a washer) with two young ladies, although this may change to a mixed household. A tram stop is around the corner that will get you to Maashaven in two stops. By bike, you can reach the center in about 15 minutes. This room is for one person only, so no couples and sadly no pets allowed.
