This cozy and furnished room is located on the second floor of a large house in the beautiful and safe neighborhood of Kralingen, on the eastern side of Rotterdam. The room is available for temporary rental for a maximum of 6 months. You will share the kitchen, toilet, and shower with 3 other decent tenants. There is a small kitchenette on the same floor and a larger kitchen on the first floor shared with 5 others. The shower and toilet are cleaned weekly by a cleaning lady. Additional amenities include a washing machine (paid, with a coin machine) and a free dryer for shared use. Kralingen is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Rotterdam, within walking distance of Erasmus University, the local shopping street (Lusthofstraat), Kralingse Park, and public transport (tram, underground/metro ). Furthermore, it is only 10 minutes away from Rotterdam City Centre, Erasmus Medical Centre, and the A16 and A20 highways.
