Our pension/guest house specializes in temporary accommodation rental only (not for long stays). Please only contact us if you are not yet living in Rotterdam and are looking for accommodation for a maximum of 6 months. This nice and furnished room is located in the semi-basement of a large house, with a shared kitchen, toilet, and shower. The room is ideally situated in the beautiful and safe neighborhood of Kralingen (eastern side of Rotterdam). The shower and toilet are shared with 2 other decent tenants. There is a large kitchen in the basement, to be shared with 14 housemates. The room and shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a cleaning lady. Extra: There is a washing machine (paid, with a coin machine) and a dryer (free) for shared use. Rotterdam-Kralingen is one of the most convenient and popular neighborhoods in Rotterdam. Our accommodations are easily accessible and within walking distance of Erasmus University, the local shopping street (Lusthofstraat), Kralingse Park, and public transport (tram, underground/metro ). Furthermore, it is only 10 minutes away from Rotterdam City Centre, Erasmus Medical Centre, and the highways A16 and A20.
