Burgemeester Drijbersingel, Zwolle

This beautiful furnished studio is located on the edge of the center of Zwolle. The city center can be reached within a 5-minute walk, as well as the Diezerpoort shopping center with a supermarket and various shops. The studio was renovated a few years ago and is in excellent condition. It comes with a PVC floor and furnishings. The living space has its own kitchen with a built-in fridge/freezer and cooking plate, and a bathroom with a toilet. Additionally, the studio is fully furnished. The complex offers communal washing machines and dryers, a bicycle storage area, and there is an option to rent a parking space. The rooftop terrace is very large and provides a nice outdoor space. The minimum rental period is 12 months, with a rent price excluding gas, water, electricity, furnishings, and municipal taxes, for which an advance of €305.00 per month is charged. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent and will be refunded upon return in at least the same condition. This living space meets the requirements for housing allowance. We are looking for a student or working candidate; a guarantor is a plus.
