Stroveer, Rotterdam

Starting November 1st, a cozy room will be available in our charming apartment on Stroveer in Rotterdam North. The room has an area of approximately 10 m². Our home features a spacious and inviting living room and is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances, and there is a bathroom with a washing machine available. Additionally, we have a balcony. Various supermarkets and nice cafés are nearby, and the vibrant city center is within walking distance. We are Tilo (31 years old) and Nicky (25 years old). Tilo is employed, and Nicky is currently studying baking. We are looking for a friendly person who is either in the final stages of their studies or already working. We seek someone who enjoys cooking together and likes to have fun, but also maintains a stable routine during the week. The rent is €645, including gas, water, electricity, and internet. Municipal taxes will be added. If desired, the wardrobe and bed are available for takeover (both are only 1 year old).
