We currently live in a beautiful apartment of approximately 67 m² in the center of Deventer and are looking for a housing swap to Amsterdam due to work and study. The apartment is located in a monumental building with a lot of character and overlooks the charming street with the famous colored umbrellas. You literally live in the historic center, with shops, restaurants, and terraces around the corner, yet without noise disturbance as the apartment is situated in a quiet street. The spacious rooms make the apartment feel larger than the square meters suggest. The kitchen has been extended with an extra worktop and a cozy bar. The toilet is separate in the hallway, and the bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom. Additionally, the property features a roof terrace, which has had its decking replaced this summer. We are a couple looking to move to Amsterdam. We are seeking an apartment within the ring, excluding Amsterdam-Noord, and are flexible regarding the type and size of the property. Our only strict requirement is that the bedroom is a separate room and not part of the living room.
