The entire complex is very well maintained and has a caretaker. My requirements are: no smoking, no pets, no parties/keep quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM, and keep it clean. The rent is 500 euros, plus 60 euros service fee (cleaning of the corridors, maintaining the elevators, etc.) and 60 euros for utilities (gas, water, electricity). Total costs: 620 euros. 2 months deposit (2x500 euros).
