Key Scouter is a company that provides services in the field of housing and search services and related software and services. Regarding the processing of personal data, Key Scouter adheres to the following legal frameworks:

• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
• The GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).

Key Scouter kan persoonsgegevens over u verwerken wanneer u gebruikmaakt van onze diensten of wanneer u deze persoonsgegevens aan Key Scouter verstrekt. Afhankelijk van de dienst en de door u verstrekte gegevens kunnen de volgende persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt:

• voor- en achternaam;
• adresgegevens;
• bedrijfsnaam en bedrijfsadres;
• Kamer van Koophandel-nummer (indien van toepassing);
• geboortedatum;
• geslacht;
• telefoonnummer;
• e-mailadres;
• betalings- en facturatiegegevens;
• IP-adres en technische gegevens over uw verbinding;
• voorkeuren en zoekcriteria (bijv. maximale huurprijs, woonwensen);
• gegevens met betrekking tot de opleverstaat of kenmerken van een gezochte woning.

Personal data is only processed by Key Scouter on a lawful basis and exclusively for clearly defined purposes. Processing may take place for the following purposes:

• entering into and executing an agreement with you;
• processing payments and invoicing;
• communication about the progress and execution of the service delivery;
• optimization and maintenance of services and systems;
• marketing and relationship management (if you have given permission or there is a legitimate interest).

Key Scouter bewaart persoonsgegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk is voor de doeleinden waarvoor ze zijn verzameld. Tenzij een kortere wettelijke of contractuele bewaartermijn van toepassing is, hanteert Key Scouter als uitgangspunt een maximale bewaartermijn van tien (10) jaar, aansluitend op de fiscale bewaartermijnen en administratieve vereisten.

Key Scouter only provides personal data to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. Possible recipients of data include, for example:

• payment processors and financial service providers;
• service providers and cooperation partners who are engaged for the execution of (parts of) the service delivery;
• (if legally required) government agencies and supervisors.

Key Scouter will conclude appropriate processor agreements with the mentioned processors where required.

Key Scouter kan (geanonimiseerde en/of geaggregeerde) analysecijfers en bezoekersstatistieken verzamelen om het gebruik van de website te analyseren en de dienstverlening te verbeteren. Hiervoor kunnen (anonieme of gepseudonimiseerde) IP-adressen en tijdstempels worden verwerkt. Persoonlijke marketingactiviteiten vinden alleen plaats met uw toestemming of op basis van een gerechtvaardigd belang, waarbij u steeds de mogelijkheid heeft zich af te melden.

Key Scouter does not process personal data of minors younger than 16 years, except when the legally required consent of the parent/guardian has been obtained in advance. Key Scouter cannot fully verify whether a visitor is older than 16 years and advises parents/guardians to be involved in their children's online usage.

Key Scouter neemt passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen verlies, diefstal, onbevoegde toegang en onbedoelde openbaarmaking. Voorbeelden van maatregelen zijn toegangsbeperkingen, versleuteling, firewalls, en interne policies rondom toegang en geheimhouding. Medewerkers die bij de verwerking betrokken zijn, hebben een geheimhoudingsplicht.

Als u vermoed dat uw gegevens zijn misbruikt of als u een beveiligingsincident constateert, meldt u dit dan direct aan Key Scouter via de contactgegevens in artikel 13.

As a data subject, you have various rights under the GDPR that you can exercise towards Key Scouter, including:

• the right to information about what data is being processed;
• the right of access to your personal data;
• the right to rectification or completion of incorrect or incomplete data;
• the right to erasure ('right to be forgotten') under conditions;
• the right to restriction of processing;
• the right to object to processing (including direct marketing);
• the right to data portability;
• the right not to be subject to solely automated decision-making.

Requests to exercise these rights can be sent to the contact address in Article 13. Key Scouter responds to requests in accordance with statutory deadlines; usually within four weeks, unless the law prescribes a different deadline.

Key Scouter maakt gebruik van cookies en soortgelijke technieken op de website. Cookies worden gebruikt voor:
